The Original Stripe placemats are woven in 100% linen in a striped pattern inspired by an old, classic weave.
The placemat measures 50 x 38 cm.
Wheat is a light grain-yellow shade that adds an evocative look to the table setting. The delicate colour accentuates the beauty of the striped weave.
A table runner is also available in the Original Stripe design.
Wash & care
- Wash at 40°C on a gentle cycle.
- When washing coloured products, we recommend using a laundry detergent developed for coloured textiles and without bleach, to preserve the colours in the best way possible.
- Wash separately for the first few washes, as linen can shed excess fibres.
- We recommend that you unfold the product fully before washing it and avoid overfilling the washing machine. After washing, gently stretch the product into shape. We recommend hang drying the product for a smoother result.
- For a smoother finish, we recommend washing it on a low spin cycle – max. 600–800 rpm. Then hang the product to dry and iron it while still slightly damp.
- We recommend that the placemats are rolled when not in use to avoid crease lines.
