The round Herringbone placemat is a herringbone-weave in 100% cotton. Herringbone lies firmly on the table and has a small embroidered Georg Jensen Damask logo. The fine herringbone weave is clearly visible on the Dark Grey variant.
The round Herringbone placemats are named after the weave technique that produces the well-known herringbone pattern. The placemats are woven to withstand daily use and to look great in both weekend and festive table settings. The round placemats are 40 cm in diameter and come in packs of two. The range also includes rectangular placemats and table runners. Georg Jensen Damask has been a market leader since 1756 in crafting luxurious quality textiles that make everyday life a little better.
Wash & care
- Wash at 60°C. White products can be washed at 95°C.
- When washing coloured products, we recommend using a laundry detergent developed for coloured textiles and without bleach, to preserve the colours in the best way possible.
- We recommend that you unfold the product fully before washing it and avoid overfilling the washing machine. After washing, gently stretch the product into shape. We recommend hang drying the product for a smoother result.
- For a smoother finish, we recommend washing it on a low spin cycle \\u2013 max. 600\\u2013800 rpm. Then hang the product to dry and iron it while still slightly damp.
- We recommend that the placemats are rolled when not in use to avoid crease lines.
