The timeless damask-weave pattern was selected from among Arne Jacobsen's surviving sketches and offers a beautiful symmetry and a stylish look.
The placemats measure 50 x 37 cm.
In the dark blue, the placemat is a timeless element on the table.
The design was launched in 2002 as a tribute to the Danish architect and to mark the 100th anniversary of his birth, and it serves to continue Arne Jacobsen's amazing design legacy in all its simplicity.
Wash & care
- Wash at 60°C. White damask tablecloths can be washed at 95°C.
- When washing coloured products, we recommend using a laundry detergent developed for coloured textiles and without bleach, to preserve the colours in the best way possible.
- For a smoother result, we recommend that you unfold the product fully before washing and avoid overfilling the machine. The product should be gently stretched after washing and hung to dry.
- For a smoother result, we recommend washing the product on a low spin cycle – max. 600–800 rpm. Then hang the product to dry and iron it while still slightly damp.
- We recommend that the placemats are rolled when not in use to avoid crease lines.
