Table Runner

A refined table runner that invites winter to sit down at the table in the shape of finely stylised snowflakes. The interpretation of the snowflake’s geometry is so strict however, that the table runner can also be used at other times of the year, where it will enhance both the table covering and atmosphere. 

The table runner can be placed directly on the table or over a white damask tablecloth for a more formal expression.

Textile artist Jette Nevers, who has also designed several other geometrical textile patterns for Georg Jensen Damask, designed the Snowflakes table runner. Inspired by the purity of the snowflake and the tranquil existence of the world, she has created a design that creates calm on the table through its simplicity and rigorous expression.

The intense depth of the Dark Blue colour enhances the uncluttered design and allows the snowflakes to shine forth like stars in the evening sky. This is a distinguished and exclusive damask table runner that doesn’t require a specific style of décor, but is completed by laying the table with accessories according to mood, season and meal.

The Snowflakes design is also available as tablecloths and placemats. Matching napkins woven in linen complete the expression.
