The Georg Jensen Damask eiderdown duvet is an investment in good sleep. The hand-collected Icelandic eiderdown has a natural resilience that traps air and provides an exceptionally high fill power. This allows for the creation of a lightweight duvet without compromising insulation. The eiderdown is also breathable and can absorb excess body heat, keeping the temperature under the duvet comfortable all night long.

It is the eider ducks' adaptation to the extreme cold temperatures of the North Atlantic that give the down its unique insulating properties. The precious down is handpicked straight from the rocks in the birds' nests once the eiders have left them. The down is then sorted by hand and cleaned on a down harp.

The duvet bolster is specially adapted to eiderdown and is percale-woven in fine cotton yarns for a smooth, matt and soft surface. The Nomite certification ensures the duvet is ideal for people with dust mite allergies, as the densely woven cover prevents mites from penetrating. The Georg Jensen Damask eiderdown duvet is also Downpass and Oeko-Tex-certified.
