The Christmas tea towel is part of Georg Jensen Damask's woven Christmas collection. Since its launch in 1975, the classic holiday motif has symbolized Christmas in many Danish homes. It was designed by Bodil Bødtker-Næss, a key member of the textile artist circle at Georg Jensen Damask during the 1970s.
Wash & care
- Wash at 60°C.
- When washing coloured products, we recommend using a laundry detergent developed for coloured textiles and without bleach, to preserve the colours in the best way possible.
- Before using the product for the first time, we recommend soaking it in cold water for about 24 hours. This will straighten out the fibres and ensure effective absorbency from the start.
- For a smoother result, unfold the product completely before soaking and washing and avoid overfilling the machine.
- The product is recommended to be hung to dry.
- We recommend ironing for a smooth and satiny look.
