We are happy to help with custom sizes
At Georg Jensen Damask, we have our own sewing workshop where we sew textiles in custom sizes. If you need a longer tablecloth or a wider duvet cover, we’re more than happy to thread our needles.
Not all tables are the same and not all beds have standard sizes. If our collection does not contain the measurements you require, we can offer custom sewing to meet your individual needs. Bed linen, tablecloths, placemats and pillows are sewn to custom measurements as desired, and all custom orders are sewn at our own sewing workshop in Kolding.
For all custom orders, you pay for the fabric and a fixed price for the seamstress' time.

CUSTOM LENGTH TABLECLOTHS
If you have a table with a length that does not match a tablecloth in our standard collection, we have almost all of our designs on rolls, so we can sew the tablecloth in exactly the length you want.
EXTENDING THE WIDTH OF A TABLECLOTH
If you need a tablecloth that is wider than 165 cm, we can extend the width of the tablecloth. This is done by cutting two lengths of damask fabric and discreetly sewing them together down the middle. You pay for the fabric and a fixed price for the seamstress’ time. Please note that we always have at least one design in the collection sold by the metre in widths of up to 210 cm. Please note that there are designs in the collection for which it is not possible to extend the width. Please contact us for more information.
OVAL TABLECLOTHS
We can also sew tablecloths that fit certain types of oval tables. For widths of over 165 cm, we also have the option of extending the width of the tablecloth. We cut two lengths of damask fabric and discreetly sew them together down the middle.
ROUND TABLECLOTHS
We can also sew tablecloths that fit certain types of round tables. The maximum width in our standard collection is 165 cm, but widths can be extended by discreetly sewing two lengths of damask fabric
CUSTOM BED LINEN LENGTHS/WIDTHS
If your pillow or duvet cover has a special length or width, we can help by sewing the bed linen to fit.
PLACEMATS AND NAPKINS
If you would like placemats or napkins in one of our designs that are not included in our standard collection, we can also sew these for you. The minimum order is four pieces.
SOFA CUSHIONS
We can also sew covers for your sofa cushions with fabric from our tablecloth and bed linen collection designs. A Georg Jensen Damask logo tag is also sewn into the sofa cushion cover.
CHILDREN’S BED LINEN
All of our adult bed linen designs can be sewn in baby or junior size – at no extra cost.
