A classic kitchen towel in soft cotton, which ensures superior drying ability. 1959 is a light and soft kitchen towel which can also be used as a tea towel.
In the colour Light Green, the kitchen towel spreads Easter atmosphere in the kitchen. The light green shade is a true harbinger of spring and brings the budding sensations of the season indoors.
The 1959 kitchen towel was originally designed by weaver and textile engineer Bent Georg Jensen, who was at the forefront of Georg Jensen Damask for many years and was a driving force in design development.
Wash & care
- Wash at 60°C.
- When washing coloured products, we recommend using a laundry detergent developed for coloured textiles and without bleach, to preserve the colours in the best way possible.
- Before using the product for the first time, we recommend soaking it in cold water for about 24 hours. This will straighten out the fibres and ensure effective absorbency from the start.
- For a smoother result, unfold the product completely before soaking and washing and avoid overfilling the machine.
- The product can be tumble dried or hung to dry.
- We recommend ironing for a smooth and satiny look.
